Thefamily mill

The olives picked up by the farm are transformed in the family mill, which in times past was located at the outskirts of the town in that street (Mola di Bernardo) which still has the name of one of the first ancestors.

Currently the mill is located inside the farm, in Larviano. During this year (2016) it has been completely renovated with very modern machinery, necessary to mantain the top quality of the olive oil, that is the farm’s main objective.

CertifiableDOP Umbria

The pressing of olives picked up from the olive groves of the farm has the aim of producing a cold pressed olive oil, certifiable DOP Umbria Colli Assisi-Spoleto, as required by the communitarian and national regulations.
